EDC Retail service policy

At EDC Retail, service is our utmost priority. This is not only apparent from our membership of the Nederlandse Thuiswinkel Organisatie [Dutch home-shopping organisation] and our Thuiswinkel Waarborg [Home-shopping Guarantee], but also from our discrete manner in handling packaging, delivery, payments and returns. This page contains information about our service policy.

Packaging policy

Not everyone is happy for others (housemates, neighbours, postmen etc.) to be in the know about their purchases. This is why EDC Retail sends their deliveries in tightly secured, plain boxes, so that the contents and the source of the parcel cannot be determined from the outside.

Payment options

EDC Retail wants to be sure that you are able to shop safely and uninterrupted. That is why we offer honest and user-friendly payment systems only from reliable companies (such as DocData Payments, PayPal and Klarna). The payment methods below are currently offered by EDC:

  • PayPal
  • Creditcard (Mastercard and Visa)
  • Direct E-Banking
  • iDEAL (The Netherlands Only)
  • Bancontact / Mister Cash (only Belgium)
  • Payment after delivery (The Netherlands and Germany only)
  • Payment in advance (Manual Banktransfer)

Delivery methods

EDC Retail maintains an extremely efficient delivery policy, which is proven by noticeably fast delivery. Within 3 minutes after your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail. As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace code. This code enables you to follow the exact status of your order. The delivery time depends on your chosen payment method and our stock:

  • Direct E-Banking / payment after delivery / creditcard / PayPal: Your order will be sent the next day, providing all products are in stock.
  • Payment in advance: The delivery time will be 3 to 5 days, as the bank needs to complete the transaction beforehand.

Pick up - You could also choose to pick your parcel up in Veendam (The Netherlands). This will eliminate any possible postage costs and saves you even more money.

Returns policy

Have you received lingerie and/or items of clothing that do not fit? Then you can return them to us. You need to notify us in advance if you are going to send us something. You can find a returns form on the website where your order was placed. After approval, you will receive a returns address from us, together with a returns number. The returned products must be back with us within 30 days after you received them.
